Funding. Flexibility. Freedom to choose.

Community Living Hamilton offers certain programs and services on a fee-for-service basis. This means that people with developmental disabilities can access valuable learning and recreational opportunities with the direct funding they receive from either the Ministry of Community and Social Services (Passport) or the Ministry of Children Community and Social Services  (Special Services At Home).

Put your Passport or SSAH funding to work with qualified staff and program choices that suit your needs.
